ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Campaign Specialist / Campaign Manager to manage and execute
promotional campaigns, website updates, and product-related coordination across multiple
platforms. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Design, Operations,
and Tech teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time while maintaining
a smooth user experience.
This role is suitable for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong
coordination and execution skills, and are able to manage multiple ongoing campaigns and
priorities effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
Manage campaign setup, promotional mechanics, and website updates
Ensure banners, content, and campaign information are updated accurately and timely
Coordinate with internal teams including CRM, marketing, design, operation, and tech teams for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
Ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met
Perform quality checking to ensure accuracy of campaign content and setup
Support optimization and improvement for campaign performance and user experience
Conduct competitor and market campaign monitoring
Assist in ad-hoc campaign and operational tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years experience for Junior role / 3–5 years for Senior role
Strong coordination and project management skills
Good communication and stakeholder management ability
Able to multitask and work under tight timelines
Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets / reporting tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in digital marketing, online platform operations, or gaming industry
Familiarity with website/backend CMS systems
Experience handling promotions, website campaigns, or CRM campaigns
Basic analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of player behavior, retention campaigns, or promotional optimization is an
advantage
Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage
