Outlets Hiring: Plaza Arkadia, Kepong & Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

• Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after customers leave.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service stations, and work areas.

• Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and basic cleaning tasks.

• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and health regulations at all times.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or in customer service is an added advantage.

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.

• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
