JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

• Lead quality system documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process flows

• Manage internal and external audits (customer, certification, supplier)

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CAPA, root cause analysis, 8D, PDCA)

• Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements and standards

• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (PPM, yield, defect rates)

• Lead cross-functional teams to improve process quality and reduce defects

• Support new product introduction (NPI) with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans

• Conduct training on quality systems and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Automotive or related)

• 3–7 years of experience in automotive quality, with strong focus on QMS

• Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

• Experience in handling audits and customer quality requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge in EV components/manufacturing is an added advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with high-precision materials (aluminum alloys, composites)

• Knowledge of automation or robotic CNC systems

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT-enabled machines, data monitoring)

• Leadership or supervisory experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Manufacturing/production environment

• May require shift work, overtime, or weekend support

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial materials
