Job Summary:

The Senior Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth for Oriactiv through performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, creative testing, WhatsApp conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage advertising campaigns, analyze customer and campaign data, identify growth opportunities, test creatives and offers, and optimize campaigns based on actual business results.

The role focused on improving new customer revenue, customer acquisition cost, conversion performance, and repeat purchase contribution, rather than general social media posting or content management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns independently, including campaign setup, tracking, targeting, naming, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization.

• Develop monthly Creative Testing Plans based on customer pain points, objections, historical campaign performance, and competitor insights.

• Prepare and manage Creative Briefs while coordinating with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC, CPO, CVR, AOV, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin to determine whether campaigns should be stopped, optimized, or scaled.

• Work with the CS Lead to optimize the WhatsApp conversion funnel, including reply scripts, offers, follow-up sequences, and customer conversion strategies.

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns and promotional broadcasts based on customer segmentation and purchase behavior to drive repeat purchases.

• Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering campaign results, key insights, actions taken, and recommended next steps.

• Identify market, customer, and competitor insights and translate them into practical advertising, creative, and conversion opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and performance initiatives.

• Test new marketing channels after the first 90 days based on the strategic direction provided by the CEO/CMO and evaluate their potential for scalable growth

Requirements:

• Marketing Degree is not mandatory; hands=on experience and proven results are more important..

• 3-5 years of hands-on Meta Ads/ Performance Marketing experience.

• Experience with e-commerce, health supplements, FMCG, or direct-response marketing is preferred.

• Experience with WhatsApp/Messenger conversion funnels is an advantage.

• Must be able to calculate and explain CAC, CPO, CVR, AOV, MER, and ROAS.

• Able to read and understand Chinese customer conversations and advertising content.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills.

• Must provide verifiable, anonymized performance marketing case studies and clearly explain their actual involvement.

• Strong communication, ownership and ability to work independently.

• Candidates must be willing to work fully onsite at Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
