SEO/Digital Marketing Executive (Senior)
Senior Marketing Executive: Lead data-driven paid campaigns across major platforms, own budgets, boost ROI, mentor teammates, and collaborate with content, SEO, and retention.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms.
Own, manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
Evaluate campaign profitability and prepare budget recommendations for future initiatives.
Design and implement performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC.
Execute A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels.
Collaborate with the Customer Retention Management teams to develop customer segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Conduct market research to identify new customer acquisition channels.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Improve campaign workflows, reporting efficiency, and marketing processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members where required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Programmatic or Native Advertising Platforms (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Business Manager
Google Search Console
Looker Studio or other BI/reporting tools
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and retention marketing is an advantage.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, ASO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
