CRM Executive (Junior)
Junior CRM Executive: Help design and run multi-channel CRM campaigns, analyze data, and improve customer journeys with a collaborative, growth-driven team.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies tailored to customer segments and business goals.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improved targeting and personalization.
Conduct A/B testing on campaign content, subject lines, customer segments, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Prepare regular CRM performance reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools
Support the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Perform other CRM, marketing, or business-related duties as assigned by management.
Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes and workflows.
Track and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Supports in developing and implementing strategies to reactivate inactive customers and improve overall customer lifecycle value.
Manage CRM communications across multiple channels such as Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App Messaging.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
Proven experience managing CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across multiple digital channels.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, Optimove, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and transform insights into effective CRM strategies.
Experience with customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
