Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. This role manages various digital marketing channels, collaborates with the creative team to develop marketing campaigns, analyses campaign performance, and identifies opportunities to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with the company’s branding.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital marketing tools and analytics to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
Manage digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization across relevant platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and marketing opportunities.
Prepare marketing performance reports, provide actionable recommendations to management, and support the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
