JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a visionary designer with multi-talented skills to create compelling, high-end creative works for our partners’ brands. Operating within our fast-paced Digital Creative Agency, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic storytelling, mentoring junior talent and setting the benchmark for creative excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualization & Multimedia Design: Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact multimedia assets including static layouts, high-converting ad campaigns, brand identities while integrating video editing into the creative outputs.
Brand Guardianship: Deeply understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and creative directions, ensuring all creative outputs maintain strict brand consistency and exceptional quality.
Agile Problem Solving: Translate complex creative briefs into effective design solutions. Able to adapt to changes of project priorities, client feedback, or market trends shift.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating seamlessly within a design team to solve creative problems. Possess strong communication skills to align effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders.
Mentorship: Provide actionable feedback, creative direction, and technical mentorship to junior designers, helping them navigate complex briefs and grow their skills.
Workflow & System Optimization: Manage and improve shared asset libraries and design systems; proactively suggest and implement modern tools or processes to maximize team efficiency and output.
Quality Assurance & Accountability: Strong work ethic, proactive and focus on high productivity, ensuring deliverables are high quality and delivered on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field
At least 3 years of working experience in related fields, (preferably within a fast-paced agency environment) with a strong portfolio showcasing refined design sense and creativity in problem-solving
Strong sense of layout composition, typography, colour theory and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, with entry to mid-level video editing tools like Premiere Pro/After Effects or other relevant multimedia design softwares.
Proven ability to utilise AI tools to enhance design/video efficiency and creativity.
Able to converse in both English and Mandarin (to be able to converse with our international colleagues
ADDED SKILLS (PREFERRED):
Familiarity with integrating modern AI tools (e.g. Firefly, Higgsfield, Gemini, Claude or workflow automation tools) into the creative process to optimize brainstorming and speed up production asset generation
