Senior Graphic Designer: lead bold digital design, mentor peers, collaborate across marketing and dev teams, and elevate our brand with clear, impactful visuals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design of high-impact marketing materials including digital banners, landing pages, social media content, and branding assets.
Collaborate on visual brand strategy to ensure design output aligns with the brand’s voice and business goals.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers to elevate overall team output.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of design projects.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve visual quality and efficiency.
Translate creative briefs and client feedback into actionable, innovative design solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma or similar tools.
Strong creative vision with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
