JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates or candidates without prior HR experience who are eager to learn are also welcome, as training and development opportunities will be provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
Support employee relations and assist in internal communication matters.
Work closely with department heads to facilitate HR-related initiatives and operations.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and handle basic administrative duties.
Support manpower planning and talent acquisition needs in line with business growth.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Malaysian National female candidates only.
Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, including written communication.
Prior experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administration will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
