JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE & TELESALES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing customer service support via LIVE Chat on multiple online platforms for multiple brands and products.
Effectively manage the needs and satisfaction of our online customers while adhering to the company's customer service quality & standards (such as response rate / speed, response professionalism, abandon / drop-out rate etc).
Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet Service Level Agreement.
Gather all necessary information to update the database.
Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
Work with line managers to support the overall customer service optimization and report making.
Conduct outbound calls to customers from a provided contact list.
Present products to prospective customers, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the products offered to address customer inquiries and objections.
Effectively handle objections and work towards converting leads into satisfied customers.
Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and reduce customer losing.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Handle conflicts and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Create a connection with the customer by showing genuine interest in their issue and offering a sympathetic response.
Be flexible and ready to adjust your approach based on the customer’s personality and the complexity of their issue.
Capable of performing efficiently and effectively in high-pressure situations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
Assess customer requirements and their potential to make a purchase.
Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
Maintain precise and current records of customer interactions, including calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, and sales outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations when conducting sales calls.
Fulfil any other related duties as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Thai and English,
Effective time management abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Chat support (100% live-chat messaging and email reply)
Willing to work in a shifting schedule (Rotational Shift). The account is 24/7
Good in negotiation and persuasion abilities.
