Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and shape our employer brand. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. As a key leader within the HR department, you will manage a team of recruiters, partner closely with hiring managers, and leverage data to optimize our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
Develop Strategy: Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s current needs and long-term growth objectives.
Lead the Team: Mentor, train, and manage a team of recruiters and talent coordinators, setting clear performance metrics and KPIs.
Employer Branding: Champion the company’s employer brand across various channels (social media, career sites, university partnerships) to position us as an employer of choice.
End-to-End Recruitment
Full-Cycle Hiring: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and calibrate interview processes.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, boolean searches) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Data, Process & Compliance
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
System Management: Maximize the utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data tracking and a streamlined workflow.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Diversity & Inclusion: Integrate D&I best practices into every stage of the recruitment process to ensure a fair and equitable hiring environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or HR certification like SHRM/CIPD is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 years in a management or leadership role.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (TeamTailor) and sourcing platforms.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch the company to executive-level candidates.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements in [insert region/country].
