JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Support (50%)
Support recruitment activities for assigned positions, including:
Posting job advertisements on approved recruitment platforms.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update the Internal Recruitment Tracking Masterlist with accurate and timely information on candidate status, interview outcomes, and hiring progress.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements, status updates, and general recruitment inquiries to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns, including logistics coordination, administrative support, and content assistance, in collaboration with the HOD.
Talent Acquisition & Administrative Support (50%)
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function.
Facilitate onboarding administration by coordinating with HR Operations, internal stakeholders, and clients, including:
Preparation and collection of onboarding documents.
Support of new hire information for system access, induction, and first-day arrangements.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and onboarding records (softcopy and hardcopy).
Coordinate with Person-in-Charge (PIC) on invoice processing, including:
Verification of recruitment-related invoices.
Submission for processing and approval.
Payment follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Track recruitment-related expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess at least 1-2 years full cycle recruitment experiences.
Strong fluency in English is a must and other Asian language is a plus
Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You are obsessed with creating positive experiences for your hiring managers and candidates.
