Job Description
Serve as the liaison/primary point of contact for internal management and external associates on company business related matters.
To coordinate and organize meetings with inter-departments and external parties
To maintain calendar of meetings, appointments, travels, deadlines and deliverables with timely follow up and reminders.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to director.
Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable / added advantage.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues.
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
