JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain local High-Net-Worth (HNW) client groups and establish long-term, stable business partnerships.

• Manage high-end business services and relationship maintenance between the company and VIP clients.

• Expand potential client bases through personal resources and channels to drive business cooperation.

• Participate in high-end client receptions, business negotiations, and resource integration.

• Assist the company in expanding its high-end client network and business channels within the local market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Malaysian National (Mandatory), currently living and working in Kuala Lumpur long-term.

• Priority will be given to candidates with backgrounds in the following industries:

• Resorts World Genting: VIP Room Account Manager / Business Development experience.

• Experience in VIP customer service for high-end entertainment venues or private clubs.

• Sales experience with international luxury brands (e.g., Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel).

• Excellent business communication skills and client relationship management abilities.

• Familiarity with the social circles and consumption habits of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) is preferred.

• Professional appearance and temperament with a strong sense of high-end customer service.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Trainee positions.
