JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.

• Explain product features, lens options, and promotions to drive informed purchases.

• Support the optometrist/optician during consultations and fittings when necessary.

• Handle payment processing, POS system, stock management, and daily retail operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver excellent after-sales service, including adjustments, exchanges, and product care.

• Achieve monthly individual and outlet sales targets, and contribute to customer satisfaction experience.

• Participate in promotional events, training, and store campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Retail, optical, or customer service experience is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Confident, well-groomed, and able to communicate well.

• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays. (5-days per week, long hour shift with OT)

• Open to fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
