JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accounting Functions

• Maintain a full set of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger.

• Prepare and record journal entries and ensure proper documentation.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

• Process supplier payments and customer invoices.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Ensure financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Monitor company expenses and analyze financial performance.

• Provide financial insights for cost control and decision making.

4. Tax & Compliance

• Handle tax filing, SST/GST, and statutory submissions (depending on country).

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.

5. Administrative & Financial Support

• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

• Assist in internal audits and financial reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Good skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
