JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reporting & Management Accounting

• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior period performance.

• Present financial insights and commentary to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in annual budgeting exercises across departments.

• Monitor departmental spending and ensure alignment with the approved budget.

• Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.

• Support cost optimization initiatives.

Business & KPI Financial Support

• Work closely with department heads to track revenue performance and cost efficiency.

• Provide financial feasibility analysis for new projects or campaigns.

• Assist management in pricing strategy and margin analysis.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide finance executives or junior staff.

• Review work accuracy and ensure financial data integrity.

• Support capability development within the finance team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
