JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & onboarding
Payroll and benefits administration
HR administration & compliance
Employee relations
Performance & HR support
Administrative & office support like team building, company events of employee welfare initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or related HR role.
Solid knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll support.
Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
Experience using HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Age 35 below.
