JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Turn Ideas into Visuals & Explore Creative Approaches: Able to execute ideas into visuals, and willing to experiment with different design approaches for social media and ads that connect with the intended audience.

• Assisting designers: Assist on resizing existing graphics and making minor edits on creatives. Assist on sourcing for visual or video assets. image editing & manipulations.

• Work with the Team: Able to communicate and blend in well with the team, delivering effective content and design strategies.

• Positive Attitude: Able to adapt to changing of tasks requirements, work as directed, have a self-motivated, self-breakthrough, attention to details and goods communicative skills.

• Design Marketing Materials: Design simple social media graphics, email banners, or minor video edits with the help of senior designers.

• Research & Inspiration: Collecting references
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.

• Experience in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere.

• Basic understanding of design principles , color theory, and layout composition.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Good time management skills and have a positive attitude.

• Able to converse in both English and Chinese (to be able to converse with our international colleagues).
