JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in creating content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage and update social media accounts with engaging posts and promotions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.SEO Support:
- Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
- Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.Social Media Marketing:
- Help plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns.Analytics & Reporting:
- Help track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and presenting key insights.Market Research:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for digital marketing improvement.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and suggest improvements to the strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
