JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing customer service support via LIVE Chat on multiple online platforms for multiple brands and products.
Effectively manage the needs and satisfaction of our online customers while adhering to the company's customer service quality & standards (such as response rate / speed, response professionalism, abandon / drop-out rate etc).
Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet Service Level Agreement.
Gather all necessary information to update the database.
Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
Work with line managers to support the overall customer service optimization and report making.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, while proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage.
Good in negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Effective time management abilities.
Ability to work independently.
