Job Summary
The Operations cum Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operational and administrative functions of the company, with a primary focus on logistic coordination, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and documentation. This role serves as the key liaison between internal departments, logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and efficient operational processes while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment arrangements, delivery scheduling, and stock transfers with warehouses and logistics providers.
Monitor and track shipment movements, follow up on delivery issues, returns, and discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational workflow and order fulfilment.
Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, including delivery orders, invoices, shipping records, and inventory movement reports.
Maintain accurate operational records, support inventory reconciliation, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation standards.
Monitor product expiry dates with offline pharmacy partners and coordinate stock rotation, recalls, or replacement arrangements to minimize product wastage.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team and perform other operational or administrative duties assigned by management to improve overall business efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Good understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, shipment tracking, and administrative processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
