JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Affiliate Development & Acquisition
Proactively source, recruit, and onboard individual affiliates, affiliate networks, and KOLs/influencers to represent our B2C website.
Leverage existing affiliate and influencer networks to accelerate market penetration in Thailand and Cambodia.
Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
Partnership & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and partners.
Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Monitor affiliate performance and provide optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
Negotiation & Commercial Management
Negotiate best pricing, commission structures, CPA/CPL models, and exclusive deals.
Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining partner motivation and performance quality.
Review and manage contracts, commercial terms, and payment structures.
Market & Performance Analysis
Track affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, CPA, ROI).
Analyze market trends and competitor activity in Thailand and Cambodia.
Optimize affiliate strategies based on performance data and market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regulations.
Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and localized initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Partnership Manager, or similar role in B2C marketing.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, influencer marketing, and affiliate networks.
Existing affiliate / KOL network in Thailand and Cambodia is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure competitive commercial terms.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing affiliate performance.
Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of local consumer behavior, platforms, and influencer landscape is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
