Factory Manager
Factory Manager: Lead daily operations with safety, quality, and efficiency. Mentor teams, align production plans, optimize costs, and partner with QA, maintenance, and logistics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee the full daily operations of the factory
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet output and delivery targets
Ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements
Supervise production workers, supervisors, and related factory staff
Monitor factory efficiency, productivity, and wastage control
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory facilities
Work closely with QA/QC, warehouse, purchasing, and management teams
Implement and improve SOPs, workflow, and operational processes
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Control production costs and optimize resource utilization
Monitor stock usage for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Handle production issues, manpower planning, and problem-solving on the shop floor
Train, guide, and motivate factory staff to improve discipline and performance
Prepare operational and production reports for management review
Support internal audits, factory inspections, and customer audits when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
At least 5–8 years of working experience in factory or manufacturing operations
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Experience in electric motor manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, or related industry is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage workers effectively and maintain discipline in the factory
Familiar with SOP implementation, 5S, safety practices, and process improvement
Basic knowledge of maintenance coordination and machine handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting
Able to work independently and under pressure
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage to communicate with suppliers and workers
