IT Technical Support, Junior
Senior IT Technical Support: help keep in-house systems running smoothly, troubleshoot with PHP/Laravel insights, mentor peers, and grow with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in-house systems and applications.
Assist in maintaining and improving web systems using PHP and frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Laravel.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth system functionality and resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor system performance, perform updates, and support integration with third-party tools or APIs.
Document technical processes and maintain proper records for reference.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge in PHP, CodeIgniter, or Laravel framework is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
