JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build secure, and efficient backend systems for our web applications. Implement features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with front-end technologies.

• Translate project requirements into functional backend features and functionalities. Implement advanced features with a focus on performance optimization and seamless integration with front-end technologies.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in existing codebases. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and security.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate efforts to address project requirements and timelines effectively.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.

• Mentor junior developers, enabling their growth and development.

• Consistently report work progress and challenges to stakeholders. Propose initiatives and implement solutions to enhance existing projects, improve workflows, and optimize performance.

• Engage in standby duty on a rotating weekly schedule, remaining accessible for support during non-business hours.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP web development, with a focus on building robust and scalable backend systems.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, and fundamental web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.).

• Proficiency in using PHP MVC frameworks, especially Laravel, is mandatory.

• Experience in using code versioning control systems such as Git, with a strong understanding of collaborative development workflows.

• Showcase a passion for adhering to coding standards and maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-structured codebase.

• Possess adequate knowledge of web security practices, including session management, protection against XSS attacks, and other relevant security measures. Implement and enforce best practices to ensure the highest level of security in our applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
